The General Pants Fashion show for Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival Sydney.
Lydia and I attended the opening of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Sydney 2013 with the General Pants. Showcasing a preview of Bambi Northwood-Blyth's debut collection 'B.BAM' as well as Stussy X GP collaboration, Vision street wear, Boys Vs Girls new season trends, denim collection and DAAN by Dan Single.
For Spring 2013 for Australians expect the continuation of the Sport Luxe, monochrome look with leather. Think: leather trackies, leather basketball pants, caps, mesh numbered jersey's, sporty crop tops, grey's, black's and white's. As well as Palm print will continue onto Australia's Spring, don't forget overalls too.
Bambi's preview of her debut collection gave a sense of high school, play-girl aesthetics with plaid's skirts and knee high socks, completed with tennis platform shoes. One item that did catch my eye was her iconic eyebrows printed t-shirt. Whilst 'DAAN' by Dan Single's collection to be prints, acid wash and sequin's sport luxe. And for Vision Street Wear it felt lack lust worthy but they may prove me wrong in the future.
