A quick review of Earth to Table at Bondi Junction.
High On Life - an espresso with raw cocoa, almond mylk blended with ice. Is a great pick me up for conscious coffee drinkers. Rainbow pasta - zucchini, beetroot, carrot with avocado. The noodles were soft with a nice little crunch. But what really elevates this dish is when you mix it with the balsamic vinegar or a bite of the avocado with its seasoning. Wake me Up was an espresso with raw coacoa
"Give me Power" and "Give me Beauty" smoothies with a Mango Cheezecake + Peach ice cream. The cheezecake was very smooth subtle mango flavor and beautifully presented.
