Splendour Love

15/08/2014

So I finally, finally, FINALLY got around to developing and scanning my film that I took from Splendour. And I am super happy with the results! Sometimes it can be a hit or miss with film, not knowing what will turn out and what won't. But I guess that is the joy of film photography - the element of surprise. After the jump you will be exposed to these photos in its original size which is much bigger that I normally set my photos on this blog. But I felt like you wouldn't be able to fully see the details of Splendour.
Anyhow enough chit-chat check out these photos!

THANK YOU SPLENDOUR! CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR!

Surry Hill's Markets

05/07/2014

Spotted this little furry one at Surry Hill's Markets today.

I would like to have added more photos onto this blog entry however I wasn't satisfied with the other photos I took at the markets. But this one was just too good not to publish. I just can't get over how cute this little guy is!

Check out these markets for vintage goods and second hand books and knick knacks. (Open on the first Saturday of every month).

Another side of Cockatoo Island

05/06/2014

A couple of weeks ago I went to Cockatoo Island with two of my friends for the 19th Biennale of Sydney. I captured a few images of the art that was displayed there, which can be found in my previous post. The photos here are a collection of other aspects of Cockatoo Island I found really beautiful (many had the aid of light to highlight the images).

Rebel Without a Cause

15/06/2013

Today Ben and I had a late lunch at le pain quotidien always yummy bread with their white chocolate spread. After lunch we headed to the State Library where they are currently holding two photo exhibitions. The first is Heads On and the second one is Magnum on Set. All these photos are from the second exhibition. They are a collection of candid photography of actors and crew as they film iconic movies- such as the Seven Year Itch, The Misfits, Rebel Without a Cause, The Moby Dick, etc.

You should check it out if you are ever in the city just cruising. Magnum on Set ends on the 23rd of June 2013.

Photos are from Ben and I
