MATICEVSKI

Toni Maticevski Spring/Summer 14/15 does not disappoint. I was able to get myself backstage for his show.  

A studded flippin' bird sweatshirt is not what people normally associate Toni Maticevski with. However he makes it work because Maticevski makes clothes that make women look beautiful. Most recognised is for his evening dresses, he decided to change it up this season. His collection had hints of sports luxe and a touch of punk.

This season collection consisted of mesh, full sequins and monochrome elements with an orange POP. The peep of black mesh between a searing orange two piece suit adds just enough sexiness to an outfit. Or the netting of sequins on a bustier peplum dress complimenting against the white leather, finishing off with that oversized jacket that slightly falls off the shoulder just adds that feeling of ne vous inquietez pas that just adds a different element to an already beautiful two piece dress.

Maticevski knows a woman's body and he knows how to make her look beautiful yet powerful, just watch how she walks and you'll think the same. Watch this to see what I'm talkin' bout.
