The people of Florence love their dogs and regularly walk their dogs at anytime of the day. Here is a little photo essay of them together I wish I could have captured some of the larger dogs that I've encountered in Florence but maybe next time! I also forgot to catch their names and their dogs, so I took the liberty to name them what I they sounded like.

Orchard Street Cafe and Elixir Bar is located in the quieter parts of Bondi Beach. It has a beautiful open space that mixes wood and copper together to make a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with a self serve fridge of organic cold pressed love - Cashew Chai, Green Guru, Tumeric Kefin, Elder Kefin...

So I
finally, finally, FINALLY got around to developing and scanning my film
that I took from Splendour. And I am super happy with the results!
Sometimes it can be a hit or miss with film, not knowing what will turn
out and what won't. But I guess that is the joy of film photography -
the element of surprise. After the jump you will be exposed to these
photos in its original size which is much bigger that I normally set my
photos on this blog. But I felt like you wouldn't be able to fully see
the details of Splendour.
THANK YOU SPLENDOUR! CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR!

Sadhana Kitchen is one of the very few vegan eateries that offer wholesome, flavoursome food in Sydney that I know of. And today I gave them a visit and was not disappointed.

I have the case of post-splendour blues.
Can I please go back? Go back to listening to music and enjoying drinks in the sun with friends?

Spotted this little furry one at Surry Hill's Markets today.
I would like to have added more photos onto this blog entry however I wasn't satisfied with the other photos I took at the markets. But this one was just too good not to publish. I just can't get over how cute this little guy is!
Check out these markets for vintage goods and second hand books and knick knacks. (Open on the first Saturday of every month).

My family and I went on a roadtrip from Kyoto to Osaka with the main goal of staying at a hot spring resort for two nights. Along the way we stopped by Sandanbeki Cliff , Engetsu Island and Nara Park. Here are some photos of this mini roadtrip we took.

A couple of weeks ago I went to Cockatoo Island with two of my friends for the 19th Biennale of Sydney. I captured a few images of the art that was displayed there, which can be found in my previous post. The photos here are a collection of other aspects of Cockatoo Island I found really beautiful (many had the aid of light to highlight the images).

Discovering Bondi beach was pretty swell. Watching the waves violently crash onto the rocks puts you in a hypnotic daze. Here are some pictures I captured while I was there.

In November I flew out to Japan - visiting Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. It has been my third trip out to Japan and each time I go it has been an rejuvenating experience. Here is a short series of photos I have taken of the people from Japan.

I don't really believe in the spirit of Valentine's day. The idea that one day of the year is where partners expect roses and extravagant things. I always thought it was more romantic and thoughtful to do these little things on the days where your partner may not expect it. You did it because you wanted to. You gave that gift because you felt like it. Not because society expected you to do this for your significant partner....
